1 can of cream of mushroom soup ( gluten free brand, https://www.pacificfoods.com)
8 fluid oz. of vegetable broth
1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
Mashed Potatoes

1 tablespoon of butter (optional vegan butter)
1/2 teaspoon of sea salt
1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
1 teaspoon of dried parsley
Green Beans
1 bag of fresh green beans (ends trimmed)
1/4 teaspoon of sea salt
1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
1 teaspoon of olive oil
Steps
Use whole unpeeled potatoes in an 8-quart pot and add enough water to cover. Cover and bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce the heat to medium low and simmer until the potatoes are tender when pierced with a fork, 25 to 30 minutes.
While potatoes are cooking, in mixing bowl, combine ground meat of choice, chopped onion, mushrooms, and seasonings. Mix well! In skillet on medium heat, add avocado oil. Divide meat into 8 small patties. Add to heated skillet, cooking each side for 5 minutes. Set aside.
In same skillet, heat avocado oil and add sliced onions. Sauté for 2 minutes, then add mushrooms and allow to sauté for another 2 minutes. Next add sea salt and white wine. Allow the onions and mushrooms to simmer in white wine for 2 minutes. Then add cream of mushroom soup and vegetable broth. Season with black pepper and sea salt to taste. Turn heat down low and simmer covered for 10 minutes.
Places patties in gravy and allow to simmer for another 5 minutes.
Once potatoes are ready, drain excess water. Add milk, butter, and seasonings to potatoes and mashed until nice and creamy. Add more milk or butter as desired.
In sauté pan, heat olive oil on medium low heat. Rinse and dry off green beans, then add to heated pan. Season with salt and pepper, allow to cook until they’re tender.
Serve
Place potatoes in the middle of plate, laying steak on top. Ladle gravy over the steak and potatoes. Add a fist full of green beans to plate and enjoy!
