1. 8 oz Canned Wild Salmon
2. 1/2 cup of diced onion
3. 1 egg
4. 1 tablespoon of whole wheat flour
5. Salt and pepper to taste
6. Avocado oil
In medium bowl, mix salmon, onions, egg, flour, salt and pepper.In skillet, heat avocado oil in medium heat. Scoop a spoonful of the mixture and use hands to shape into patties. Add patties to skillet cooking each side for about 5
minutes or until golden brown.
