What is a Health Coach? A Health Coach partners with individuals on achieving a healthier lifestyle by providing science-based and trusted information on nutrition and exercise. Along with positive encouragement and motivation, Health Coaches guide clients through self-discovery by understanding their unique health and nutritional needs, while breaking down barriers that could hinder one from establishing healthier habits.

8-Week Health Coaching Session​

During the 8 weeks of our client and health coach partnership, we’ll create a health plan that is centered around your own desires for living a happier and healthier life. 

A few things we will explore:

  • Guidance on discovering your body’s unique needs for food as medicine, to prevent chronic diseases and maintain a healthier lifestyle
  • Discover behavioral habits that hinder positive results
  • Create a partnership to reach an attainable health plan that’s measured based on your own expectations
  • Support and accountability best equipped for achieving goals; eliminating self-defeat
  • Knowledge for eating healthier and skills on living a non-sedentary lifestyle (limited movement activities)
  • Long-lasting education on practicing healthier habits throughout all stages of life
Client Portal - Access To Your 8 Week Health Journey

To stay up-to-date with your customized health plan, you’ll be provided access to the client portal, Healthie. The Healthie client portal keeps you on track of your goals, health metrics, appointments, and health history. The portal allows you to stay engaged with Alexia through chat or video call, as well as the ability to opt-in to available Support Groups.  By clicking “login” at the top of this page, you’ll be navigated to Healthie.
